A New Stage for Disney

Welcome to another exciting issue of Disney onStage. This issue marks a milestone, as we pay tribute to the past and celebrate the future. For 25 years, you've seen our advertising and perhaps participated in Disney Magic Music Days. It has been a staple within our Disney Parks worldwide, with performance opportunities that have become a rite of passage for many directors and students. Recognizing our continued focus on all aspects of the performing arts, including music, dance, theatre, etc., we're retiring the name Disney Magic Music Days and replacing it with Disney Performing Arts OnStage! We're excited about this change, as it represents our company's continued commitment to school and community-based performing arts groups, by giving them a showcase like no other in the world--OnStage at a Disney Park. Whether figuratively on stage in one of our Parades or literally on stage at one of our showcase venues, you'll find the same commitment to your experience.

Of course, Disney Performing Arts isn't just about "OnStage" performances. We also have an abundance of highly entertaining and educational Disney Performing Arts Workshops and a variety of Festivals, including the popular Festival Disney that takes place each spring at Walt Disney World in Florida. Our company believes in the value of an arts education, and each day we demonstrate our passion for it by showcasing groups like yours to our guests at Disney destinations around the globe.

As always, thank you for continuing to make magic, both on stage and off, with us. Now, on with the show!
